Golden Route

The goal of this project is to create packaging for beverages and condiments inspired by a chosen country, striking a balance between cultural authenticity and broad market appeal. Golden Route draws inspiration from Japan, featuring three bottles of sake alongside ponzu sauce and rayu (chili oil). The design is influenced by firsthand experiences traveling through Japan’s major cities in early 2024, capturing the essence of these destinations through thoughtfully crafted packaging.

With the cities chosen as the foundation for the sake bottles, the focus of the concept sketches was on refining the layout. Early explorations experimented with composition, typography, and visual hierarchy.
